Welcome to LAKapps

LAKapps is a project to improve local language Internet-based software development and deployment.

New and existing software for Internet-based applications e.g. Firefox Thunderbird in Sinhala and Tamil has been used in the project.

The deployment has been carried out in 7 different locations in Sri Lanka.

LAKapps project was funded by ICTA e-Society  Development Initiative, Partnership Assistance Programme,
